Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and Tailored AI (“Tailored AI”, “we”, “us”). They govern your use of the NitroBot websites and products we operate, including this website, NitroBot Email at email.nitrobot.ai and NitroBot Worlds at worlds.nitrobot.ai (together, the “Services”).

By visiting the Services, creating an account or continuing to use them, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes it. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

If a separate written agreement between you and us covers a Service, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your sign-in credentials confidential and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Sign-in is handled by our identity provider. Some Services offer individual subscriptions only; you may not share an individual account with other people.

NitroBot Email organizes mail from providers you connect into prioritized buckets with source-linked summaries, prepared replies and agent actions that you review. NitroBot Worlds runs shared decision scenarios in which participants act through their own bots while the Service keeps the official record of turns and outcomes.

We may add, change or remove features, and some features may be labeled beta, preview or experimental. We will try to give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce a paid Service.

NitroBot Email connects to mail and calendar providers such as Gmail, Outlook and iCloud through the authorization flows those providers offer. You decide which accounts to connect and can revoke access at any time. Your use of a provider remains subject to that provider’s own terms, and provider actions we perform on your instruction, such as sending or archiving, may be reflected in other mail clients.

The Services are designed to work with an external AI agent that you connect, such as Grok Bot or another compatible agent. That agent is operated by its own provider under your agreement with them. Permissions you grant to an agent through the Services are scoped to what you select and can be revoked, but revocation cannot retract information the agent has already received.

You keep ownership of the content you bring to the Services, including mail, scenario material and anything you or your agent create. You grant us the limited, non-exclusive rights needed to host, process, transmit, transform and display that content in order to provide, secure, support and improve the Services for you.

We do not sell your content. We do not use connected mail content, attachments, provider credentials or derived mail artifacts to train models. Content that our model providers process in order to deliver a feature is handled under their terms with us.

You are responsible for having the rights to the content you connect or submit, and for complying with the law when you use the Services to process information about other people.

Classifications, summaries, drafts, hosted participants and other AI-assisted output can be incomplete or wrong. They are provided to help you review and decide; you are responsible for checking output before relying on it or sending it to anyone.

The Services are designed so that sending mail, archiving, external effects and committed moves require an explicit action from you. Do not use the Services as the final decision-maker for legal, medical, financial, employment, safety or other high-impact matters.

Model or agent downtime can delay AI-assisted features. Ordinary mail functions are intended to remain available during such delays, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any feature.

You agree not to use the Services to:

• violate any law or the rights of others, or process data you are not permitted to process;
• send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or bypass a provider’s rules or rate limits;
• probe, scan or compromise the security of the Services, or interfere with other users;
• reverse engineer, scrape or copy the Services except where the law grants you rights that cannot be waived;
• resell, sublicense or provide the Services to third parties without our written permission;
• misrepresent your identity or your authority to act for an organization.

Some Services are offered as paid subscriptions. The current price, billing period and any taxes are shown at checkout before you purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; you can cancel from billing settings, and cancellation keeps your paid access until the end of the current paid period.

Unless the checkout flow, an order form or applicable law says otherwise, fees are non-refundable once incurred. If we materially change the price of a paid plan, we will notify you before the change applies to your next renewal.

An external agent or provider you connect may charge its own fees under its own terms.

Tailored AI and its licensors own the Services, including software, design, documentation, the NitroBot name and the Dash artwork. Except for the limited right to use the Services under these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them without obligation to you.

The Services depend on third-party services such as mail and calendar providers, identity and billing providers, hosting, model providers and the agent you connect. We are not responsible for those services, their availability or their terms, and your use of them is governed by your agreement with each provider.

You may stop using the Services at any time and may request deletion of your account through the Service’s settings where available. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, to protect the Services or other users, or for nonpayment.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability and dispute terms, continue to apply.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation. AI-assisted output is not advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tailored AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Services. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or minimum liability amount to be confirmed if you paid nothing.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You will defend and indemnify Tailored AI against claims, damages and expenses arising from your content, your use of the Services in violation of these Terms or the law, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of governing law jurisdiction to be confirmed, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in venue to be confirmed, and you and we consent to that venue. Dispute-resolution mechanism, such as arbitration or class-action terms, to be confirmed by counsel.

We may update these Terms as the Services change. The “last updated” date shows the latest revision. For material changes we will provide notice, for example on this page or within the Services, before the changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
